The well known hip-hop icon Meg Thee Stallion filed a lawsuit against 1501 for allegedly coercing her into signing the aforementioned contract.
The lawsuit also lists that she was threatened and harassed after signing a deal with Roc Nation. She also accused the label of intentionally preventing her from releasing new music and sabotaging her ever so successful rap career. Megan was granted a temporary restraining order.
The order was later extended, which allowed her to release her most recent project, SUGA, in March. Any new information that is released in regards to Megs case we will keep you updated on.
